    Final walk through

    Able Inspection Reminder

Print this checklist and take it with you as you walk through the property one last time before you close on it. Often times some damage is done moving out. Sometimes by movers, sometimes by anxious sellers.  These damages may not be intentional but they do happen and you don’t want to have to pay for them.

    Example; Scratches on the walls
Excess refrigerator food down the kitchen  sink
     Light bulbs removed or broken
Things removed that should not have been
Things left that should not have been
     Windows cracked in moving
Railings removed for connivance of  moving  and not been replaced
